Dougie Poynter is a musician, songwriter, designer and the co-author, with McFly bandmate Tom Fletcher, of The Dinosaur That Pooped series which has sold more than a million copies, as well as having penned his own books, Plastic Sucks and Dinosaurs Rock. He is passionate about the natural world, a keen conservationist and was instrumental in the campaign to ban microplastics in the UK.
